Speaker Registration Forms must be submitted electronically by May 1, 2018, or we cannot guarantee that your headshot, lecture title & bio will be printed in the conference agenda booklet. ICSS has the right to withdraw a speaker from the conference lineup at any time if lecture information is not received by the deadline, or if presentation is not approved by the committee.
